Goods sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs within 6 months, we will be happy to fix it for you.

Please note we cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind. Please choose carefully.


All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellry and crystal items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a fault. All pieces come with care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information on this.

If you wish to return a faulty product, Sangre de mi Sangre will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

The product must have been purchased within 6 months of notification. You must notify Sangre de mi Sangre by email with: a photograph of the item with a description of the fault a "proof of purchase", being either the PayPal confirmation, bank statement, or email confirmation from Sangre de mi Sangre Sangre de mi Sangre will respond within 24hrs with a Return ID number and confirmation of the address to post your item. Sangre de mi Sangre cannot be responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned must be thoroughly packaged with bubble wrap, packed se curely and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting On International returns You must mark on the postal company's consignment so that the Products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again. Sangre de mi Sangre will then repair, replace refund the Price to You in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. REPAIRS

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed by case and may incur a fee.


You may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Crystals and Stones naturally vary in colour and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, will vary slightly from the photograph.

We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece. If you are concerned about this variance, please contact your closest stockist to choose for yourself in store.

We design our jewelry to improve with age, and embrace tarnished and dulled appearances. However, if you prefer brightened metals and stones, please review our care instructions below.

Wrapping your pieces individually will prevent scratching.

Remove items before sleeping, washing, doing sport or manual labour. Avoid contact with household chemicals perfumes and hairsprays.

Blackened Silver

Oxidized Silver is made by hand, making each and every piece unique. To preserve the original appearance, keep in a safe storage with the lid closed. Some fading is normal though darkened areas should remain in crevices embracing the original antiqued appearance.

Gold Plating on Silver

Caring for gold plated jewlery is very similar to caring for solid gold. The only exception is you really have to be more careful when it comes to cleaning. We recommend to only use a clean soft cloth. At all times, avoid abrasive cleaning materials. The chemical used in these cleaner are just too harsh and may result in the lost of its color and tarnish. To extend its life usage, we recommend you keep the piece safe from water.
